By using hplogistics.io or booking a shipment with HP Logistics Private Limited, you agree to these terms. Shipments are also governed by our LR terms and conditions.
02Quotes and estimates
Delivery time and distance shown on the website are estimates based on PIN codes. Final rates, transit times and insurance are confirmed by our team in writing before booking.
03Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you by phone, WhatsApp or email. Vehicles are assigned after our five vehicle checks are completed.
04Tracking information
Tracking details are provided for convenience and may be delayed or approximate due to network coverage. For the latest status, contact our team.
05Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details of your goods, weight, addresses and documents, including GST invoices and e-way bills where required.
- Do not use our services to move prohibited, illegal or undeclared hazardous goods.
06Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to goods is set out in the LR terms and conditions and any insurance arranged for your shipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
