01Who this applies to
These requirements apply to our own fleet and to all partner vehicle owners, brokers and commission agents who supply vehicles to HP Logistics.
02Vehicle documents
Valid registration certificate (RC), permit, fitness certificate (FC), insurance and PUC for the full duration of the trip. Copies must be shared before the vehicle is sent for loading.
03Driver requirements
A valid driving licence for the vehicle class, matching the name shared with us. Drivers must keep their phone reachable throughout the trip.
04Vehicle condition
Body, floor and tarpaulins in good condition, so goods stay dry and secure. Vehicles failing our inspection will not be loaded.
05Finance status
Vehicles must not be under loan default or at risk of repossession. We check finance status before every assignment.
06Tracking
GPS, FASTag or SIM-based tracking must be active for the full trip, and drivers must respond to follow-up calls from HPL staff.
07During the trip
No transshipment, unauthorised stops or route changes without our approval. Any delay, breakdown or incident must be reported immediately.
08Proof of delivery and payment
A signed proof of delivery must be shared after unloading. We pay partners on time as agreed, so that deliveries are never held up over payments.
